How to Authorize BnW as Representative For Your Corporation

Choose from one of two ways to access your "My Business Account": 

• Option 1 – Using one of our Sign-In Partners 
• Option 2 – Using a CRA user ID and password 

You may need to verify your identity with a security  question, text message, or bank login. 

 After logging in to your 'My Business Account,' click on 'Profile' in the left-hand menu. The image above shows you where to find it.

 To manage your authorized representatives, locate the "Authorized representatives" section and click on the "Manage authorized representatives" link.

 Here, you can authorize a new representative or confirm a pending authorization. To authorize our firm, click on "Authorize a representative. 

 To add BnW BLACK AND WHITE ACCOUNTING SERVICES LTD. as your authorized representative, enter our Business Number (715791125) in the designated field and click "Next." Our contact information will be displayed for your review. 

1.  Select Level 2
2. choose "No Expiry Date" (to avoid repeating this process annually), 
3. select "All accounts," and 
4. click "Next" 

 The final step is to review your business information and the details of the authorization level.
